Painter, graphic installer.


Was born in 1955 in Riga, Latvia.

He studied at the Belorussian State Institute of Theatrical Art and Design in Minsk.
Since 1978 he has been living and working in St. Petersburg.

Since 1978 lives and works in Leningrad - St. Petersburg. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia. Member of the Academy of Contemporary Art in St. Petersburg. Participated in more than 300 exhibitions in Russia and abroad. 

Since 1985 Gerasimov has been a permanent participant of the exhibitions of the Association of Experimental Art.
